In the field of information technology law, we conduct legal processes for both victims and suspects/defendants with a technologically advanced approach. Specifically, we prepare applications to the prosecutor's office in cases involving fraud via information systems, fake investment websites, cryptocurrency fraud, bank account embezzlement, and social media account hijacking, all under Article 158/1-f of the Turkish Penal Code. We manage the collection of digital evidence and the technical analysis processes.

For our suspect and defendant clients, we meticulously handle critical elements of the defense, such as digital device examinations, log record analysis, IP identification, rejection of illegally obtained evidence, and evaluation of technical expert reports. We also develop defense strategies through detailed technical investigations in cases involving charges such as "destruction of data," "unauthorized access to an information system," and "data corruption."

Furthermore, we manage the application processes before the Magistrates' Courts for access blocking orders in cases involving violations of personal rights, sharing of fake content, defamation, or violation of the privacy of private life.
