IŞIKOĞLU LAW AND CONSULTANCY INFORMATION TEXT ON THE PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
1. Data Controller: In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), Işıkoğlu Law and Consultancy (“Office”), as the data controller, may process, record, store, classify, update, and, where permitted by legislation, disclose your personal data to third parties in a lawful and fair manner for the purposes described below.
2. Personal Data Processed When you visit our website, fill out the contact form, or contact us via email, the following data may be processed:

• Identity Information: First name, last name.

• Contact Information: Email address, phone number.

• Customer Transaction Information: Information regarding your legal issue or request shared in the "Your Message" section of the contact form. (Note: Please do not share sensitive personal data through contact forms.)

This data is processed based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), namely: "Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract," "Being necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations," and "Being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject."
5. Transfer of Personal Data As a rule, your personal data is not shared with third parties. However, in the event of legal dispute resolution or as required by relevant legislation, it may be shared with judicial authorities, law enforcement agencies, and authorized public institutions and organizations.
